Terms of Service

We build and host a personal invitation website for your function — a wedding, a first birthday, a housewarming or any of the other occasions offered on the site. You choose a design, enter your details, upload your photographs, and we publish the result at an address of your choosing under myeventss.in.

The published page stays online for one year from the day it is published, together with the guest replies collected through it.

You need an account to build an invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

One account may hold a small number of invitations. If you need more, write to us and we will usually say yes.

Building and previewing an invitation is yours to do freely. Putting one online is not automatic: we review every invitation before it is published, and we publish it once payment has been received or we have agreed to waive it.

We may decline to publish, or take a published page down, if it is unlawful, impersonates someone, is obscene or hateful, infringes another person's rights, or is used for something other than inviting guests to a function. Where we do this we will tell you why. Your own material stays in your account, and you may delete it at any time.

Everything you upload remains yours. You give us permission only to store it, process it and display it on your invitation page, its shareable card and the video made from it — that is, to do the job you have asked us to do.

You confirm that you have the right to use the photographs and names you upload, including the permission of the people in them.

The price is shown on the publish screen before you pay, and is charged once for the invitation, not periodically. Payments are taken by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

If we have given you a referral link, you earn the fee stated to you for each invitation that is paid for through your link. A fee is recorded when the payment reaches us and becomes payable seven days afterwards. We pay it to the UPI address you have given us.

Fees are not earned on invitations you pay for yourself, on ones that are refunded, or where the link has been shared by unsolicited messages, false claims about what we offer, or paid advertising using our name. We may stop a referral link that is used in those ways.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will never be unavailable. Where something goes wrong through our fault, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for that invitation.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may delete an invitation, and your account, whenever you wish. Deleting an invitation removes its page, its photographs and its guest replies, and cannot be undone. If you delete a published invitation before its year is up, no refund is due.

These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
