Refunds and cancellations
An invitation is made for one family and published at an address of their choosing, so the rule turns on one thing: whether it has gone online yet.

Before your invitation is published
A full refund, within seven days of paying. If you have paid and we have not yet put your page online, write to dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com and we will refund the whole amount.
After your invitation is published
No refund is due. Once the page is live the work is delivered: the address is yours, the link can already have been sent to your guests, and the page will stay online for one year from the day it is published.
This applies equally if you later decide to delete the invitation, or if the function itself is cancelled or postponed.
If we cannot publish it
If we decline to publish your invitation, or we take it down for a reason that is not your doing, we refund you in full.
If we take it down because it breaks our terms — it is unlawful, impersonates someone, or is not an invitation to a function — no refund is due.
Changes are free, always
Spelling, dates, venues, photographs, even the whole design: change them as often as you like, before or after publishing, at no cost. You never need to buy a second invitation because something was wrong on the first.
How to ask
Write to dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com, from the email address on your account, telling us which invitation you mean.
We reply within two working days. An approved refund is sent back through Razorpay to the same card, UPI address or bank account you paid from, and usually reaches you within five to seven working days.
Failed and duplicate payments
If money left your account but the invitation did not go live, tell us. If you have been charged twice for the same invitation, the second payment is refunded in full.
