Privacy Policy

Your account: your email address and a password, which we store only as an irreversible hash.

Your invitation: the names, dates, venues, story and photographs you enter, plus the music or video you upload. This is the material you are asking us to publish.

Your payment: Razorpay handles the payment and tells us only that it succeeded, with its reference number. Your card number, UPI PIN and bank details never reach us.

When a guest replies to your invitation we collect the name they give, how many are coming, which functions they will attend, any message, and a phone number if they choose to leave one.

That information belongs to you, the host. We show it to you in your guest list and use it for nothing else. It is deleted with the invitation.

We do not sell your information, your photographs or your guest list. We do not send marketing to your guests. We do not use your photographs to advertise ourselves unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Only the services we need to do the work: Supabase, which stores the database and the photographs; Vercel, which runs the website; and Razorpay, which takes the payment. Each sees only what its job requires.

We will disclose information if the law requires it of us.

An invitation is meant to be shared, so anyone holding the link can open it. The address is hard to guess, but it is not a secret. Do not put anything on the page that you would not want a guest to forward.

Guest replies are never public. They are visible only to you, signed in.

Your invitation and its replies stay for as long as the page is live, and afterwards until you delete them. Deleting an invitation removes its page, its photographs, its video and every reply, and we cannot recover them.

We keep the record of a payment for as long as tax law requires.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to remember who referred you if you arrived through someone's link. We do not use advertising trackers.

You may see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you. Most of it you can change yourself from your dashboard; for anything else write to dlpinnovationspvtltd@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

Accounts are for adults. Many of our invitations celebrate a child — a first birthday, a naming day — and those photographs are uploaded by the child's own family, who decide what is shared.
